Residents can let their voices be heard and demonstrate continued support for their community hospital by becoming an Advisory Members.
As an Advisory Member, you play an important role in providing feedback to our Hospital - feedback that we greatly value. You also have the opportunity to Apply or Nominate a fellow Advisory Member to a Board Committee. Not only is this an exciting opportunity to get involved on a Hospital Board Committee, it is also an opportunity to gain valuable experience and enhance your qualifications to serve on the Board in the future.
Deadline: Annual membership will run from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. Receipt of completed form by March 30, 2017 would be appreciated; however, memberships are available at any time throughout the year. Click here for an application form. Please forward completed form to:
