Applicants are invited to apply for the casual part time position of Cook in Dietary Services.
Please note that there are no regularly scheduled shifts, position covers on an "as needed" basis.
Requirements:
- Qualified as a journeyman cook.
- Completion of a recognized Food Handler’s Certificate Program
- Grade 12 education preferred or equivalent as recognized by the Province on Ontario, Ministry of Education
- Experience in quantity and institutional cooking
- Knowledge of safe food handling
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An enthusiastic team player with strong leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The successful applicant must be able to work all shifts and be available for weekends.
